Entrants must be aged 16 years or over and a resident of Australia.
Employees and franchisees of Seal-A-Fridge Pty Ltd, its subsidiary companies and their agents and families are excluded from entry into the prize draw.
Multiple entries from persons are allowed.
Entry to the competition is free.
Entry forms will be provided by Seal-A-Fridge Franchisees to their customers, on the basis of one entry form for each fridge or freezer seal replace by Seal-A-Fridge Franchisees.
The start date is the 15th of September 2010.
To enter, please complete the entry form and post it to Po Box 344 Robina MC, Robina QLD 4226. Entries must be received by 4.00 pm AEST on 23rd of December 2010 the closing time and date.
An independent person will make the draw and an independent observer will be in attendance.
The draw will take place in Robina on the 23rd of December 2010 at 5pm AEST.
The winner will be the first entry drawn from the barrel and the winner will be notified by post within 14 days of the draw.
The result of the competition will be published on the Seal-A-Fridge Pty Ltd website , www.sealafridge.net .au. within 21 days of the draw.
Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and Seal-A-Fridge Pty Ltd accepts no liability for entries lost or damaged in the post.
The Winner must agree to take part in any relevant promotional undertaken by Seal-A-Fridge Pty Ltd
The 1st and only prize is a $3,000.00 travel voucher from the Flight Centre.
The $3,000.00 travel voucher from the Flight Centre can not be substituted for cash.
There are no runners-up prizes. Cash alternatives are not available.
The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence can be entered into.
